UAE / Fertility / Arabic SEO case study
ART Fertility.
Arabic search, treated as its own market.
Across matched 28-day windows inside a 154-day engagement, Arabic organic clicks moved from 4,039 to 38,394. Maps of Arabia managed the Arabic UAE website only; the English site remained with a separate team.
Average daily GSC clicks. *September = 15–30 Sep; February = 1–15 Feb.
01 / Scope matters
One brand. Two search ecosystems.
Maps of Arabia was accountable for Arabic SEO only. English was managed independently, so the case study keeps the two language sections separate instead of blending their results. This work sits within our UAE SEO strategy for multilingual search.

02 / The team
Search data met OB-GYN context before the brief was written.
This was not generalist content handed to clinicians for a final check. Medical context helped interpret patient questions, separate overlapping intents and decide what deserved its own Arabic page.

Queries, impressions, ranking movement and landing-page performance showed what people were already asking Google.
Clinical knowledge separated similar-looking fertility searches that represented different patient needs or stages of care.
Topics were planned around the way questions are actually expressed in Arabic, not literal translations of English keyword sets.

03 / The growth curve
The line moved every month.
The matched-window comparison is the headline. The monthly daily averages show that the gain was progressive rather than one isolated spike.

04 / Discovery
The gain came from people who weren't searching for ART.
Within the query rows disclosed by GSC, branded clicks stayed small while non-branded fertility discovery expanded sharply.
Query-level GSC data is privacy-filtered, so these values describe the returned query set and are not the site's complete click totals. Brand classification here uses explicit ART/آرت brand terms in the disclosed queries.
05 / Rankings
Page one stopped being the exception.
To avoid vanity keyword counts, the visual below only includes returned GSC queries with at least 20 impressions in each matched window.
Queries with ≥20 impressions
queries in positions 1–3 in the closing 28 days, up from 136.
Opening counts: Top 3 = 136 · positions 4–10 = 814 · positions 11–20 = 255.
06 / Entry points

The strongest growth came from Arabic editorial content. These are matched opening vs closing 28-day GSC click totals for individual pages.

07 / On-site behaviour
Volume scaled. Time held.
GA4 tells the same directional story as GSC: far more organic sessions landed on Arabic pages, while average engagement time per session stayed almost unchanged.

08 / What the same data says next
Discovery grew faster than service-page clicks.
A persuasive case study should show the constraint as clearly as the win. The first phase built a large Arabic discovery engine; non-blog clicks did not scale at the same rate.
Editorial content became the main acquisition layer.
+15.1%, while non-blog impressions increased 167,058 → 322,978.
The next growth question is not “how do we get more traffic?” It is how to connect this discovery audience to the right service, clinic and consultation journeys—and measure those actions properly. That is the work a healthcare SEO programme should expose, not hide.
09 / Methodology
Built to be read, checked and challenged.
The public story uses simple figures, but the comparison rules stay explicit so the numbers can be understood without marketing interpretation.
How to read the figures
- Measurement period: 15 September 2025–15 February 2026 (154 days).
- Headline comparison: opening 28 days = 15 Sep–12 Oct 2025; closing 28 days = 19 Jan–15 Feb 2026.
- Primary source: Google Search Console URL-prefix property for https://www.artfertilityclinics.com/uae/ar/ via Windsor.ai.
- GA4 supporting view: Organic Search sessions landing on /uae/ar/ URLs in ART Fertility Clinics GA4.
- English comparison: same domain-level GSC property and identical windows; contextual only, because the English section was independently managed.
- Clarity: excluded from historical campaign claims because the available connector exposes only recent 1–3 day aggregates, not the five-month history.
- Conversions: no patient booking, lead or revenue claim is made because historical event definitions do not prove completed outcomes.
Why the case study focuses on matched 28-day windows
September and February are partial calendar months. Comparing the first and last 28 complete days gives like-for-like totals, while the monthly chart uses daily averages to show the progression through the engagement.
What is deliberately not claimed
No revenue uplift, confirmed patient bookings, causal A/B lift, or “595 AI Overview citations” figure is used in the headline story. The search and GA4 traffic evidence is strong enough without adding claims that are less directly verifiable from the connected historical sources.
The principle behind the work
Arabic healthcare SEO should start with intent, not translation.
ART Fertility's Arabic section became a much larger organic discovery channel when search behaviour, medical context and Arabic language decisions were treated as one system.
